Common Questions

Ticket is torn/damaged?

Generally rejected. However, if authenticity is established via forensic check (at winner's cost), it may be accepted by the Director.

Winner is outside Kerala?

Valid. You must submit a notarized affidavit (Form VII) along with the standard claim documents.
